Multi-Platinum awarded engineer and producer Kevin Gutierrez created Assembly Line Studios in 1992. More than twenty 25 later, the studio is alive and strong under the direction of Kevin and studio manager Shelli Lynch.
Kevin always makes sure that Assembly Line is a place where everyone feels welcome and no project is too big nor too small whether it is several months or just a few hours needed. Each project is done with people who are having fun making music and are equally friendly as well as talented.
In 2016, Kevin took on the Flight of Odin project, after being recommended to Xyra by multi-Platinum Grammy winning mastering engineer, Bill Wolf.
Flight of Odin’s guitarist and then music director, Michael Karagiannis had recorded all of the tracks during band rehearsals, assisted by his son, Spiro Karagiannis. Xyra sent the raw tracks to Kevin do the final mixes and Bill completed the mastering for the final album, which was released in digital, CD and vinyl formats.
Kevin’s clients include: Paul McCartney, Shinedown, Inaba/Salas, OAR, Twilight Soundtrack, All Time Low, Armin van Buuren, A Sound of Thunder, Believer, Deceased, Bret Michaels, and Flight of Odin, among others.
Additionally, Kevin was nominated as a top NAMM TEC, is Dove awarded, and also produces and engineers for Rockband Game, Playstation, MTV, VH1, and The History Channel.
