Robert Fogelmann attended college at The Berklee School of Music, and the University of Massachusetts. He has studied with various, renowned artists such as Chris Vadala, George Coleman, Ken Radnofsky, Mike Vacarro.
Robert actively played with several show bands, and backed artists such as Miroslav Vitous in Boston, and Sadik Hakim and Claudio Roditi in New York. In addition, he recorded an album for Arista with the Bus Boys, in Los Angeles, and is featured on a sound track for a National Public Television Special.
Robert toured with bands across the US, and has played or opened for such name acts as Stevie Wonder, Michael Hedges and Bobby Hepp.
Currently, Robert focuses on being a music director active in jazz, classical, musicals, and religious music. He also teaches from his private Woodwind Studio in Maryland.
Robert's contributions to Xyra & Verborgen's National Public Radio (NPR) recordings and earlier live performances were of a soulful and mystical quality, lending a stellar quality in breadth and depth.
Robert left the band, before we added the 'More About...' sections with birth signs and the like.
